Who are we
The SCRI brings together key elements of support that are required by investigators:
- Research Design and Methodology: clinical epidemiology, statistics, qualitative research, health economics, literature search and review
- Study planning: logistical and resource planning, "how are patients recruited and what do I need to do it?"
- Governance and monitoring: research governance, ethics
- Funding applications and costs
- Trial coordination and management: trial/data management, trial managers
- Research facilities and staff: research nursing support, beds and facilities
- Training: education and development of staff and users

Management structure
